Shipping & Delivery Policy
At SLN Traders, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.
- Local Delivery: For select pincodes in Telangana, we may offer faster delivery (1–2 days).
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen logistics challenges.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation (via Email/WhatsApp) once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Serviceable Areas
We currently ship to select pincodes. Please check the availability of delivery at the checkout page by entering your pincode.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Since we deal in food products (Rice), we have specific guidelines for returns to ensure safety and hygiene.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipping: You can cancel your order for a full refund (100% money back) if the request is made before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at slntraders661@gmail.com or our customer support number.
- After Shipping: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery, but shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
2. Returns (Damaged / Wrong Product)
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, leaking, or infested packet.
- You received a different product than what you ordered.
- The product has expired at the time of delivery.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. The item must be unused (cooking not attempted) and in the original packaging.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at slntraders661@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91-6301750661 with your Order ID.
- Attach clear photos of the damaged or wrong product.
- Our team will verify the details and coordinate a pickup or replacement.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (bank account/UPI/card) within 5–7 business days.
