Refund Policy
Effective Date: December 22, 2025
1. Cancellation & Full Refunds
- Before Shipping: You can cancel your order for a full refund (100% money back) if the request is made before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us immediately.
- After Shipping: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery, but shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
2. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (see Return Policy for details), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (bank account/UPI/card) within 5–7 business days.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
