We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Below is our policy on product returns.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, leaking, or infested packet.
- You received a different product than what you ordered.
- The product has expired at the time of delivery.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. The item must be unused (cooking not attempted) and in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods such as food items (Rice) cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged as per the conditions above.
3. How to Initiate a Return

- Attach clear photos of the damaged or wrong product.
- Our team will verify the details and coordinate a pickup or replacement.
4. Return Shipping
If the return is caused by our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs. If you are returning for other reasons allowed by mutual agreement, you may be responsible for shipping costs.
